Does it Work ?

Studies show that online counselling can work as well as in-person, and in the case of some issues it may be a better fit than more traditional, in-person therapy.

Accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home may be particularly useful during the Covid-19 pandemic.

So what do I need.

Access to a computer, tablet or smart phone and a zoom account.

I will send you a link on the day of our session.

Face Time can also be accessed on Apple devices.

During online counselling, you will want to ensure you have a quiet private place to speak, where you will not be disturbed.

You may want to use headphones, so  that only you can hear what your therapist is saying.

It is a good idea to turn off your phone so you will not be disturbed or distracted .

I ask for payment by bank transfer on the day of the session

Online therapy is the same process as in-person counselling, except instead of being in the room with me we talk over video call.

Instead of arriving for an appointment, we meet online via Zoom.
